Digital Myanmar Forum & Exhibition was held under the slogan “Digital Myanmar: Shaping the Digital Future in the AI Era.” The event aims to accelerate digital transformation in the public services sector, expand business opportunities, create new jobs, and foster an innovative technology ecosystem in the country.
Government ministries, as well as local and international technology companies, participated in both the business program and exhibition, with around 50 booths in total. The forum’s opening was attended by the head of state.
Aligned with the forum’s focus on nationwide initiatives, Eastwind showcased solutions designed for large-scale deployments:
- EW CEIR is a system for nationwide control and monitoring of mobile device circulation;
- EW SMS Firewall & EW Voice Firewall are advanced solutions that safeguard mobile operators’ messaging and voice channels from spam and fraud;
- EW Polyphone is a national messaging platform equipped with the features needed to ensure messaging sovereignty.
The Eastwind team engaged with representatives of telecom operators, system integrators, and other local IT market participants. This enabled us to better understand the industry’s current challenges and key development priorities.
The exhibition offered Eastwind another opportunity to highlight its expertise in a market where the company is already delivering large-scale technology projects. We presented solutions tailored to the needs of government ministries and infrastructure initiatives.
This was a valuable experience for us. Through conversations with market participants, we gained a clearer view of current priorities and how to strategically develop our presence in the region.
