Who can use EW Polyphone?

Any subscriber—whether they are your current customer or with another operator—can use the telecom messenger functionality.

Where can subscribers download the app?

We prepare and publish it on Google Play and the App Store. On request, we can also upload it to vendor stores such as Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, and more.

How do subscribers register?

Your subscribers are automatically registered by their phone number with SMS verification. Users from other networks can register a virtual number directly in the app to access OTT calls and services.

How long does implementation take?

For IP-only services (in-app communication), it takes about 2 weeks once we have infrastructure access. If integration with operator systems is required (Media Gateway, HLR, OSS/BSS), it can take from 4 weeks.

What are the technical requirements?

The platform integrates with operator infrastructure via open protocols (HTTP, SIP, SMPP, DIAMETER) and supports all major billing systems.
