“This was my first time at DUMP, and I was blown away by the scale—so many thematic tracks, activities, and representatives from major IT companies,” said Pavel, a developer on the data analytics team. “The Teams track stood out to me in particular—it offered valuable insights on task distribution, performance evaluation, and fostering collaboration across teams.”

Sofya, a big data specialist, highlighted the strong focus on large language models (LLMs):
“There were tons of talks about LLMs across different tracks including TechLead, ML&DS, and Product. It’s clear they’re becoming a major trend, but there was also thoughtful criticism and a growing understanding of their limitations.”

For Ekaterina, the conference was an opportunity to rethink workflows and discover practical solutions for everyday challenges:
“Tochka Bank’s presentation on website content analysis really struck a chord with me—we’re tackling similar issues right now in the EW SMS Firewall project. There was also a fantastic case study on delegating routine tasks—it genuinely helped me resolve a problem I’d been struggling with. I also found T-Bank’s talk on training an AI assistant especially relevant—we’re moving in that direction too.”

Beyond the comprehensive program, attendees valued the opportunity to network in person with like-minded tech professionals. DUMP is more than just a knowledge-sharing platform—it catalyzes innovative thinking and novel approaches that will undoubtedly influence Eastwind’s upcoming projects.
